Ellie & Nisa had their first music lessons and did great. They both really enjoyed the lessons and Ellie's violin wasn't nearly as painful as we feared it might be.
This past week Ellie was fussing about her bed being tucked in just right and Roger commented that Ellie was acting like Mika. Nisa then charged out and told Ellie that when she grew up she would be "just like Mommy." Ellie responded, "Yep, but more funny." :-)
In some not so fun news, our fridge decided to stop working Friday night. Of course these things never happen during business hours, so we had to pay extra for an emergency call but they still couldn't fix it. The bright side is that we now own a new fridge for our garage.
Ellie is doing quite well with her Girl Scout cookie sales. She was doing math without being forced to so that she could figure out how many boxes she sold and how many she had left to sell. We are very proud. :-)
That is all for now. The next two weeks will be interesting for Mika since Roger will be away on business to Mountain View this week and then DC the next.
